The freestanding custom patio cover is 22′ x 22′, and we utilized a driftwood insulated panel finish on the ceiling, underneath patio cover. We paired the Driftwood with Siennawood heavy-header structural beams, which complemented each other where visual appeal is concerned. The Light Driftwood finish gives the patio cover a brilliantly warm and inviting aesthetic, not to mention that the Driftwood insulated panel system lends to the overall strength and durability of the patio cover. The insulated panels lend to the patio cover performance as much as aesthetic appeal; the insulated panels create a thermal barrier designed to reduce any radiating heat caused by the high temperatures experienced in Las Vegas. The Driftwood insulated panels have noise-absorbing features as well, reducing the sound of heavy rain and hail.

Outdoor Living Environment Features
The outdoor kitchen, columns, and media wall received an Old Country Ledge Huron Stacked Stone finish. The Driftwood Insulated Solid Panels, Old Country Ledge Huron Stacked Stone, and the Bianco Antico Granite that we used for the outdoor kitchen countertops were a match made in heaven. The Bianco Antico granite pulled all the materials together majestically to form the custom outdoor living area environment we’ve dubbed “Desert Oasis.”
The features of the Desert Oasis are the custom outdoor kitchen area designed to use a Coyote Outdoor Living 42″ S-Series barbecue grill that packs a whopping 95,000 BTU output, a Coyote Power Burner with Teppanyaki Griddle, and a sink. We installed a 42″ Double Access Door, 17″ x 24″ Access Door, Trash/Recycle component, and a 3-Drawer Unit by PCM. The Media wall brings the best aspects of interior home living, outside, with a recessed flat-screen TV and a Natural Gas Outdoor Fireplace by Regency (HZ060-NG.)
