Custom Outdoor Living has been insured and licensed Nevada State Building Contractor for over 18 years. We manage all aspects of your project until its completion at your site or home. We’ll discuss your vision for your outdoor living area then review the various options you have for construction, materials, and scheduling. We work within all budgets. We’ll establish a start date and a timeline. Next, we’ll provide plans for your approval and contact our suppliers to confirm material availability. At that point, we’ll ask for a formal acceptance of the design and materials.

We’ll arrange for all buried utility lines and, if necessary, work with you to locate septic and other underground systems. We’ll acquire all the required permits. Our crew will always work professionally and maintain a safe work environment. We’ll keep you apprised of the schedule and notify you before the arrival of our contractors or materials. Upon completion, our crew will clean up the job site so you can enjoy your new outdoor living space!
