Our Process

From start to finish, we manage every stage of your project with precision and care. Our process begins with a detailed conversation about your vision for your outdoor living area. Together, we review design options, materials, and scheduling to ensure your ideas are fully realized.

We work within all budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Once the design direction is set, we establish a start date and clear timeline so everyone knows what to expect.

Next, our team prepares detailed plans for your approval and coordinates with our suppliers to confirm material availability. When everything is ready, we’ll ask for formal acceptance of the design and materials—then construction can begin.

Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Safety and Permits

At Custom Outdoor Living of Southern Nevada, we arrange to locate all utility lines and, if necessary, work with you to locate septic and other underground systems. This step is important to prevent delays. Our team acquires all the required permits. In addition, our crew will always work professionally and maintain a safe work environment. We keep you updated with schedule changes and notify you before the arrival of our contractors and/or materials. Upon completion, our crew will clean up the job site so you can enjoy your new outdoor living space!

Contractor License Info

Custom Outdoor Living of Southern Nevada is a fully licensed and insured Nevada State Building Contractor. Our active Nevada State Contractors Licenses include:

  • License NV80879
  • License NV80880
  • License NV80881

Each license is bonded in compliance with Nevada State Contractors Board requirements under NRS 624.270, which specifies a bond or cash deposit of not less than $1,000 and not more than $500,000, depending on the license classification, monetary limit, and financial review determined by the Board.

All licenses and bonds are maintained in good standing, ensuring that Custom Outdoor Living meets all state regulations and provides full protection and confidence for our clients.
